Personalized & One on One

After 4 years of practicing yoga, I started pursuing teaching this Spring. My style is a blend that is strengthening, therapeutic, fun and meditative. My students are guided in connecting to their bodies, calming their minds, and creating a practice that is uniquely their own. I love empowering others to heal holistically and ignite the spark that inspires their own inner guru. We all possess the power to be stronger and less stressed and I can’t wait to meet you and show you how!

I provide personalized yoga and meditation lessons for beginner and intermediate levels – locally and online.

My students objectives for seeking lessons are very important to me as I create customized sessions fitting your specific goals. This allows me to help you build a yoga practice that is effective, enjoyable, and complementary to you and your lifestyle.

 Teaching Styles

I’ve been a practitioner for several years and continued my studies in Bali, Indonesia earlier this year. I blend a mix of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini and Yin restorative styles in my practice.
